Kayla Hamilton is a New York City-based artist and teacher who has had vision trouble since birth. In this piece she worked with five African-American, female choreographers to create a piece about perception. About what we see, how we see, and who we see.

In working with Kayla we understood she wanted this piece to feel elemental. We created both backdrops for dance pieces based on elements with color themes, and a short film that reflected her thoughts about what it was like living with her vision problems.
