This program takes place over three sessions that use exercises and games to get to the core of what your organization needs to communicate, and how to make those communications relevant to each of your audiences.
The resulting tools make communications simple and clear for any staff member or volunteer. The results are organization-specific, built through direct interaction with your team, and designed to last.

The Process
Three working sessions over 4–5 weeks.
Session 1: Define — Clarify core ideas, audiences, and positioning
Session 2: Build — Develop messages, tone, and key tools
Session 3: Apply — Create templates and train staff to use them
