Sayable is a three-part interactive workshop program from Drake Creative that helps small and mid-sized nonprofits simplify their communications strategy into practical internal tools and templates so any staff member can clearly and consistently explain the organization’s work in under 30 seconds.
Without a dedicated marketing staff, communications often fall to whoever has time and, in many cases, that is the executive director. Limited time and inconsistent guidelines can lead to messaging that feels rushed, vague, or disconnected from the organization’s mission.
Sayable provides nonprofits with easy-to-use systems that create a consistent tone, clear identity, and stronger audience awareness. The result is communication that feels more focused, human, and effective.
The program takes place over three sessions using exercises and interactive activities to uncover what your organization truly needs to communicate and how to make those messages relevant to different audiences.
The resulting tools make communication simpler and clearer for staff and volunteers alike. Everything is organization-specific, built through direct collaboration with your team, and designed to last.

The Process
Sayable does not replace strategy. It turns existing thinking into shared language, practical tools, and templates staff can use every day.
Three working sessions over 4–5 weeks.
