Small Teams, Global Reach: Our 2026 Campaigns with V-Day

Our client V-Day covers a lot of territory, and they manage that with a micro staff. Yeah, they have something like a billion volunteers—they did start One Billion Rising, after all—but their core team is about as small as ours.

There have been times when Drake was basically just Alex and Dean. These days, we have 10 people working across different projects and initiatives, which feels like an enormous number of people to us.
And then sometimes you step back and look at the ground you’ve covered in a year. In 2026, our work with V-Day alone took us across a lot of territory—new productions, global campaigns, rallies, films and ongoing work with communities around the world.

So here’s a look at some of the miles we covered together this year.

Dear Everything

V’s (formerly Eve Ensler) new musical Dear Everything continues in development, making its way to stages across the United States. Our work with them has included promotional materials, swag, and even scenic design in South Beach. And we both got to see the show in person to a packed house at BAM, narrated by Jane Fonda. 60 Million Survivors Rising

This one started as a reel.

60 Million Survivors Rising Reel on Instagram

Produced in collaboration with Feminist.com and V-Day, with text written by V, the video brought together an all-star group of activists and recognizable Hollywood names and reached nearly half a million views on Instagram alone.

And then the message moved into action. On September 25, 60 Million Survivors Rising became a rally in Union Square, bringing survivors, activists and supporters together in person. That movement—from something people watched and shared to something they showed up for—is very much what V-Day is about. Link to V-Day’s blog»

For 2026, V-Day’s Our Resistance campaign focuses on free expression as a way of pushing back against the global shift toward fascism.

Our Resistance

From its earliest days, V-Day has used art as a way to make change—especially at moments when people in power are trying to diminish our humanity. This global campaign celebrates culture, community, our bodies and our capacity to speak, create and resist.

V-Day helped found a safe house for girls in Kenya in 2002, so they could escape the horrors of female genital mutilation and forced childhood marriage.

Rise to End FGM

They’ve made an enormous difference. There are stories of girls who found safety there and went on to college, and fathers who learned to protect their daughters instead of continuing the practice. More than 20 years later, the work continues.
