Killed in action as he served in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Olesya Khromeychuk’s brother Volodya Pavliv died on the frontline in eastern Ukraine in 2017.

Poughkeepsie … The Dutchess County Transportation Council (DCTC), the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Dutchess County, has developed a new logo and tagline, Better ways from here to there, that together express its continued focus on serving the transportation planning needs of Dutchess County.
The Ukrainian Institute of American in New York City asked me (Dean) to curate a new film series starting this fall.
